					<description>I don't think they could be moved to 2007. When Drew Miller posted about the delegate selection rules, he quoted a passage saying that delegates have to be selected during the same calendar year as the Democratic National Convention.

Maybe they could get around this by saying the caucuses are only selecting county delegates, and the state delegates will be chosen later?</description>
