Because she has close to zero support in the grassroots. How many volunteer precinct captains do you think she'll have? I know a lot of people who volunteered for Dean, Kerry, Edwards or Kucinich in 2004, and literally no one I know plans to volunteer for Clinton. Edwards and Obama are going to have volunteer armies.
