Interesting--I was wondering whether he would make a play for this state. I think he could move up to the first tier. My husband is very interested in Richardson. I'm for Edwards but Richardson would probably be my second choice for now.

Brad's a great pick-up, surprised no one else had gotten him yet. I really believe Richardson could be the breakout candidate if he runs a good campaign - he's incredibly charismatic and has a lot of the right credentials. He was very well received at the DNC meeting. But again, he has to run a very good campaign to ever get noticed.

Richardson has to be hoping to make a big play in Nevada. He also has to be praying to come in the top 4 in Iowa to still be relevant.

With the obvious Iowa advantages held by Hillary, Obama, Edwards and Vilsack, I'm not sure he can get there. Plus, Biden, Dodd, and maybe Clark will be vying for that "4th ticket out of Iowa," if that even really exists.

It could happen. I'm just not sure this is the year for a Hispanic male to garner traction in the heartland.
