I really believe Richardson could be the breakout candidate if he runs a good campaign - he's incredibly charismatic and has a lot of the right credentials. He also has to be praying to come in the top 4 in Iowa to still be relevant. With the obvious Iowa advantages held by Hillary, Obama, Edwards and Vilsack, I'm not sure he can get there. Plus, Biden, Dodd, and maybe Clark will be vying for that "4th ticket out of Iowa," if that even really exists. It could happen. I'm just not sure this is the year for a Hispanic male to garner traction in the heartland. Richardson has to be hoping to make a big play in Nevada.
